The biggest thing I’ve seen this morning is that despite a strong ISM Non-Manufacturing reading the market has essentially shrugged off the positive news. At this point, the market is beginning to remind me of that tired, cranky child, who, at the very least, needs a nap, but fights with everything it has to keep from falling asleep. The only thing is that the baby usually conks out hard suddenly and out of nowhere. 

With that said, today’s swing-trade setups features all short setups, in order to help you build up your watch-list of shorts that at this point in time, probably needs to be dusted off some.
