One of the members of the SharePlanner Splash Zone brought this chart to my attention recently and it is quite honestly frightening.
Since 2001 this has only happened two other times and it coincided with the Tech Bubble bursting in 2000-2001 and with the Subprime Mortgage crisis of 2008.
Now we are in a Central Banking Bubble and the same signal that the markets gave off in 2001 and again in 2008 has happened again in the past week.
It is when the 50-week moving average crosses below the 100-week moving average. And when it happens, everything goes to crap.
So be careful and be ready to pounce on this market with a bunch of shorts when the time is right.
