Pending Home sales are due out at 10AM ET. Other data for the market includes positive durable goods numbers which rose 4.6% in December along with positive CAT earnings out.

 Morning Coffee – Day-Trading Watch-List
1 $JOSB- A huge gap down this morning as expectation for net income were drastically cut. Shares are currently trading at 39.30, down about 14%.
2 $RIG- This was mentioned in WSN’s top 5 watchers for the week. It’s up about 2.5% this morning in PM trading after Icahn disclosed stake in the company.

$URI – We attempted to trade this on the short side in the Splash Zone and took a few cent loos right at the close of trading on Friday. Shares are slightly down this morning in PM. Watch for this stock to possibly try one rally to the top of $51.50. If it fails, grab  your parachute we are going for a ride down!
