On Sunday I posted the Watchlist below:
1 |
$KORS- A sweet fake breakout to all time highs sent the longs selling away. Should be some great price action this coming week. |
2 |
$NFLX- A series of upgrades and downgrades have sent this company in a commotion of volatile trading ranges. |
3 |
$LVS-This crowd favorite has trended both long and short very well but watch out for the flash crashes! |
4 |
$CLF- This has the intra-day range every day trader is looking for. If you can get on the right side of the trade you will be rewarded. |
5 |
$TRIP-This sector is in a tailspin and this stock has been on a steady decline. It’s now below the 200 daily EMA and shows no signs of reversal yet. |
Let’s take a peek at how each stock has fared.
1 |
$KORS- As expected, the fake breakout held and the stock has taken no significant move to retest the high of 57.92. Tuesday the stock went as low as $53.14. |
2 |
$NFLX- Poor earnings sent this stock to the toilet today but this stock has been jiving all week! The daily range was as high as $5.50 on monday getting traders excited! |
3 |
$LVS- No flash crashes this week as the algos have found other victims. LVS has been trending dowward since the open on Monday. |
4 |
$CLF- Getting on the correct side of this trade his proven tough. What was trending last week is now zig zagging on one to two hour cylces. Only the scalpers are enjoying this stock. |
5 |
$TRIP- Unlike the rest of the market, $TRIP had a price surge this week and is up 1.61 since the open on Monday. It is now testing the resistance of the daily 200EMA. |
