Concerned equities may take A nose dive? Grab some high yielders fro growth and yield!
The trend followers are having a field day as the market has held the mid term trend now for over 7 months. If you are like me, I get worried at some point that we may “roll over” during times of steep price appreciation. As a speculator I don’t like the odds of me calling a top but I do want to be prepared for multiple scenarios.
By switching some portion of my portfolio from short to mid-cap growth, over to large cap income stocks, I can still profit on the upside while getting downside protection from the dividend payout.
Take a look at the these three large cap, high yielders for an opportunity to reduce risk while compounding returns. I like the diversification of beta, cyclicalness and sector as well.
