The bulls are at it again here to kick off the last quarter of 2017.
Not huge gains by any means, but still a good day nonetheless. My portfolio is doing really well too, with Olin Corp (OLN) rocking it with 6% in profits on the day.
It is worth noting as well that historically, October is known for being the most volatile of months. It has, on average, more 1% moves than any other month.
Another observation is the lack of interest in technology stocks in particular, and Nasdaq stocks in general.
In the past this has often been on of the early tell-tale signs that the market wants to pullback some. So keep an eye open for that too.
For now, check out my bullish list of trade setups to follow this week. Some real gems in it, and until this market finally decides to give up, the only trade to really take here is to the long side.
